2. Photos and Media Access
- AI Photo Prompts may request access to your photos when user choose to upload an image for AI-powered features.

When you voluntarily upload an image, the image will be securely transmitted to trusted third-party AI service providers solely for the purpose of processing your request and generating AI-based results.

We do not sell your photos or use them for advertising purposes. Uploaded images are handled securely and are only shared with third-party AI providers as necessary to provide the requested AI functionality.

By using AI image generation features, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer and processing of your uploaded images by these third-party AI services in accordance with their respective privacy and security practices.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data during transmission and processing. However, users should only upload content they have the right to use and share.
3. Coins and In-App Purchases
- Coins are used to access AI-powered features and premium content within the App.

- Coins can be purchased through the App Store or Google Play Store using available in-app purchase options.
- All purchases are subject to the applicable store's payment, billing, and refund policies. Coins are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

How coins work:
- AI image generation currently costs 20 coins per generation request.
- All AI-powered tools currently cost 4 coins per use.
- Video generation coin requirements currently are:
- 480p / 6 seconds: 40 coins
- 480p / 12 seconds: 60 coins
- 720p / 6 seconds: 80 coins
- 720p / 12 seconds: 100 coins
- Coins are deducted only when you successfully use an eligible AI feature.
- We may modify coin requirements, coin values, pricing, available packages, feature access, or usage limits at any time without prior notice.
- The number of coins required for AI image generation, AI tools, video generation, and other premium features may increase, decrease, or otherwise change in future versions of the App.
- Virtual coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency.
- Peace of mind: No hidden charges. Top up coins whenever you need, and 50% of unused coins carry forward each billing cycle.
- Transparency: Current coin costs and available purchase packages are displayed within the App before use or purchase.

4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob – advertisements
- Firebase Analytics – app usage analytics
- Firebase Cloud Messaging – push notifications

5. Advertising & Tracking
Ads displayed in the App are provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use advertising identifiers and cookies to show
personalized or non-personalized ads.
